This DMCA Policy explains how Profasee handles copyright complaints involving content hosted, processed, generated, or made available through the Services.
1. Copyright Complaints
If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to Profasee's copyright agent with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for Profasee to locate it;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

2. Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed or disabled material and where it appeared before removal or disabling;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, the federal district court for the Southern District of Florida, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
3. Repeat Infringers
Profasee may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers or accounts used to repeatedly violate copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
4. Misrepresentations
Submitting false or abusive notices or counter-notices may create liability under applicable law. Profasee may reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or not legally sufficient.
