Privacy Choices

This page explains how to make privacy choices and submit legally available opt-out requests to Profasee.

1. Do Not Sell or Share

Profasee does not sell personal information for money. Profasee may use analytics, advertising, pixels, cookies, and attribution tools that could be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or similar activity under some state privacy laws.

To opt out, email support@profasee.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line and include the email address, browser, device, or account information needed for us to locate your request.

2. Targeted Advertising and Cookies

You can limit cookies through your browser settings and available privacy controls. You may also contact support@profasee.com to request opt-out of targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising where legally available.

If we detect a legally recognized browser opt-out signal and applicable law requires us to honor it, we will treat it as an opt-out request for that browser or device to the extent technically feasible.

3. Sensitive Personal Information

Profasee does not intentionally use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics or for purposes that require a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link under California law. If that changes, we will update this page and provide required choices.

4. Access, Delete, Correct, Port, or Appeal

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, port, restrict, object, or appeal a privacy decision. Submit requests to support@profasee.com.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. If your information is processed on behalf of a Profasee customer, we may direct your request to that customer.

5. Authorized Agents

Where applicable law allows authorized agents, an agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof that you authorized the agent and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
