This Subprocessor List describes third-party vendors that Profasee may use to provide, secure, support, bill, analyze, or improve the Services. The vendors used for a specific customer can vary by plan, feature, region, Channel, and configuration.
1. Infrastructure and Hosting
Profasee may use cloud, hosting, database, storage, networking, observability, and deployment providers to run the Services, store Customer Data, monitor reliability, and secure production systems. These providers may process account information, Customer Data, usage logs, telemetry, and security logs.
Current or expected providers may include Vercel, cloud hosting providers, managed database providers, logging providers, and monitoring providers.
2. AI Model and Agent Providers
Profasee may use AI model, inference, orchestration, and tool providers to generate Outputs, run AI Employees, evaluate safety, and execute workflows. These providers may process Inputs, Outputs, prompts, files, tool calls, metadata, and usage events as needed to provide the Services.
Current or expected providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other model providers made available through Profasee or customer-enabled configuration.
3. Payments, Billing, and Tax
Profasee may use payment processors, billing platforms, tax tools, and financial operations providers to process subscriptions, Service Credit purchases, auto-reloads, invoices, tax calculations, disputes, chargebacks, and receipts.
Current or expected providers include Stripe and related payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention services.
4. Communications and Support
Profasee may use email, SMS, CRM, customer-support, calendar, webinar, and marketing operations providers to communicate with customers, send service messages, manage support, and operate business-to-business marketing.
Current or expected providers may include email delivery providers, SMS providers, CRM providers, support tools, and newsletter or marketing automation providers.
5. Analytics, Security, and Abuse Prevention
Profasee may use analytics, attribution, fraud-prevention, security, error-tracking, and abuse-detection providers to protect the Services, measure usage, improve reliability, investigate incidents, and detect policy violations.
6. Connected Channels
When you connect a Channel, Profasee may transmit data to or from that Channel according to your configuration and the permissions granted. Connected Channels are not controlled by Profasee and are governed by their own terms and policies.
Examples include Amazon, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other ecommerce, advertising, fulfillment, or data platforms you authorize.
7. Updates
Profasee may update this list as vendors, features, and infrastructure change. Where legally required or stated in signed written terms, Profasee will provide notice of new Subprocessors through this page, email, in-product notice, or another reasonable method.
