SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply when you opt into text messages from Profasee. They do not replace the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Usage Policy.

1. Program Description

Profasee may send SMS or MMS messages for sales, onboarding, support, account, billing, security, product, webinar, application, or marketing purposes, depending on what you opt into and the context in which you provide your number.

2. Consent

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS, you authorize Profasee and its service providers to send text messages to that number, including by automated technology where permitted by law. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase.

If you provide a phone number for your company or another person, you represent that you have authority and consent to provide that number.

3. Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out where supported. Reply HELP for help where supported. You may also contact support@profasee.com.

Opting out of marketing SMS does not stop transactional, account, billing, security, legal, or service-related messages where those messages are permitted by law.

5. Customer-Sent Messages

If you use the Services to send or manage SMS, email, chat, or other communications to your own customers, buyers, sellers, employees, contractors, or other recipients, you are responsible for obtaining required consent, honoring opt-outs, maintaining sender registration, complying with quiet hours, and following all applicable communications laws and Channel rules.
