The challenge

As summer demand built, Coral Safe raised prices broadly in late February and March. Prices rose faster than demand and unit velocity fell sharply. The seasonal pattern broke and visibility was at risk. The team needed to expand profit without sacrificing unit sales, Buy Box health, or Best Seller Rank.

The solution

Profasee activated elasticity based pricing on May 30. The optimizer raised prices where demand supported it and eased prices when needed to preserve velocity and ranking. Guardrails were applied to protect conversion, Buy Box, and Best Seller Rank while the algorithm learned each ASIN's behavior.
